Please allow 24 hrs notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Any cancellations on the same day or less than 24 hrs will be subject to 50% of the service fee payable by card on file unless notified otherwise. If you No show for your scheduled appointment you will be charged 50% of the service and/or your deposit will not be refunded. You only need to fill out the form 1 time a year or if you have changes in your health history. Select services will require a deposit for a nominal fee, it will be deducted from your total at the appointment. If you have 2 No Shows, then you will be unable to book online without first making a deposit for future services. If the card on file does not have sufficient funds, you will be notified by invoice and payment will be due in 8 hrs. Should you have a balance due that is not paid within 8 hrs, you will forfeit any future appointments until balance is paid.
